Pricing FAQ

Trading Volume

Trading volume specifies the maximum cumulative volume of buy as well as sell orders that can be filled per month per account.

Smallest Tick Interval

Each bot runs on one or multiple tick intervals. Your plan specifies the lowest possible tick interval you can select, upon which your bot should be executed. We currently support 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 6h, 12h and 1d tick intervals.

Rented Bots

This specifies the number of bots that can be rented via the Marketplace to trade with real assets (live bots) or virtual assets (virtual bots). Note that users on the free plan cannot trade with real assets on the Marketplace.

Created Bots

This specifies the number of bots that can be run live or virtually after having been created using the Bot Creation Tools. A single bot can run on multiple tick (!) sizes and have different strategies for multiple trading pairs.

Bot Limits

Whichever paid plan that you choose, you can only have a maximum of 1 real Marketplace and 1 virtual Marketplace bot.

Log Retention

‘Bot logs are useful outputs for debugging specific actions taken by your bot taken at specific points in time. We store the history of these logs for a certain period of time (or for an unlimited period of time in higher plans).

Backtests

Our goal is to enable you to experiment and iterate on your strategies as much as possible in order to increase profitability, which is why there is never a limit on the number of backtests that you can perform. And the best part? They’re always free!

Whitelisting

Many exchanges offer the ability to whitelist certain IP Addresses to have access to your API key for added security. All of our paid plans include the ability to use whitelisting with Trality.
