What is Trality's Community Ambassador Program?

Behind every great product is a great community. The community is there to make sure that the product is growing healthily and that the people who use that product are getting the help they need to make the most out of it.

The Trality Community is no different. Or perhaps it is. 🤔

You see, we do not only understand the value of an engaged and happy community. We know that our community is the lifeblood of our product and that without all the clever Creators working with us—there would be no Trality.

But having a community of thousands of the most enthusiastic and motivated automated traders on the planet and making sure that everything is orderly is...difficult, to say the least. For that reason, we launched the CAP (Community Ambassador Program).

Why do we need the Community Ambassador Program?

Everybody needs a helping hand and the world of automated trading is quite inaccessible to the average person. It's tough technology to grasp and the technical barriers are intimidating to say the least.

We understand that in order to fulfil our mission of bringing this powerful technology to everyone—we have to offer an active, helpful and welcoming environment that onboards new users patiently within an education-first environment. And this is why we are launching the Trality Ambassador Program.

What makes a Trality Ambassador?

“A Trality Ambassador is someone who is an active and helpful community member, they help us create a welcoming and educational environment for newer users and help us make the right decisions for everyone who loves the product.”

The Trality Ambassador Program rewards the most active and helpful community members by giving them a list of perks in return for them helping out. Some everyday activities are:

• Collecting the most valuable feedback and passing it to us so we really know what the community needs next to create the best bots
• Helping people out when you can: if you think you can help someone with less experience then please do, our product has a highly technical barrier but people want to try it out so if you can make it less intimidating then do!
• Moderating the community, which just means watching out for rule breakers, making sure people are posting in the right channels or banning troublemakers
• Keeping your eyes open for potential new Ambassadors, the more the better!

What do Ambassadors get in return?
